BOOKING AND FEES:
The goal of your innermission is to allow you to fully experience accessible tools to live more mindfully in your daily life. We will expose you to various practices in the hope that you return home with renewed perspective, healthier habits and a daily mindfulness practice(s) that fits your unique life + vibe. No matter where you are on your journey we got you!
We don’t want to reveal all of the magic, but you can expect your innermission to incorporate our 8 elements of a mindful experience:
Each day will include a movement and breath practice, interactive workshops, free time + fun.
We only require that you come with an open heart and mind! No need to worry, we will provide a recommended packing list upon booking to make sure you don’t forget anything important.
The cost of your innermission includes a 3 night stay in a luxury glamping accommodation, 8 meals plus snacks and beverages, access to all workshops and activities, and some goodies to take home.
The cost of your innermission does not include transportation to and from Lucky Arrow Retreat. This includes flights to Austin if necessary and transportation to and from the airport.
All bookings have the option to be paid either in full or with a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the second half due a month before the trip.
Any innermission cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
We understand that there are extenuating circumstances, and will gladly work with you as best we can in case of any emergency.
In order to ensure that proper accommodations are accounted for, tickets are sold based on individual accommodations and priced based on number of occupants. We ask that one member of the party be responsible for booking for the group and arrange reimbursement with the other members.
Yurts include 1 Queen size bed (up to 2 people) and cabins include 1 Queen size bed and 1 pull out couch (up to 4 people).
Each cabin can accommodate up to four people with shared beds (1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed). If you want to sleep more than two people in a cabin please contact email@example.com.
Yurts do not include a private bathroom. Guests will use the bath house, located at the pool adjacent to the Yurts (trust us, it’s an elevated bath house experience!
In order to be fully present for your innermission, we will be disconnecting from tech for the weekend. Your phone will be locked in a secure bag that you will keep in your possession. We also encourage leaving laptops, smart watches and other means of technology off your packing list. You will be without your phone from around 7PM on Thursday evening until Sunday morning… really just two full days, you got this! Give yourself the opportunity to power down and get present!
We will be providing you with contact numbers to leave with your friends and family. Staff members will have methods of communication in case of emergency.
We promise this won’t be an experience you’ll forget! We will have a photographer on site capturing the magic of the weekend and a photo link will be shared with the group upon our return home.
The comfort and safety of our guests is always our top priority. We will ask guests to comply with the rules and regulations that are mandated by the Governing State (Texas) at the time of the event. Additionally, we have taken the below measures to ensure a safe environment:
All sleeping accommodations are stand alone to cut down on congregating + shared spaces.
We will not be allowing random roommates at this time.
Innermission has taken over the entire property, so there will not be others outside of our group.
Weather permitting, all meals and activities will be outdoors with ample space to social distance.
We will monitor our staff for symptoms and ensure that proper hand hygiene is followed.

All guests will submit proof of a negative covid test 72 hours prior to arrival.
Out of town guests may fly into Austin-Bergstrom Airport (AUS) located about 45 mins west of Lucky Arrow or San Antonio Airport (SAT) located about 90 mins south of Lucky Arrow.
There is ample on site parking for those who drive in or rent a car.
Ubers will take you from the Airport to Lucky Arrow.
If you do use a RideShare service, we will assist in your return transportation to the airport for a fee (ubers do not always come out to Lucky Arrow).
